Weekend off

Oh man!  Total blank on checking in this weekend.  I did OK today.  I forgot my water so I need to get back on that asap!  Its a short week here and I want to see some changes

Weight in day!

Well Fridays are my weight in days.  I don't hate them but I always seem to do something stupid on those days....or the day before.  Like chocolate cake.  Or worse a heavy dinner.

I restarted this blog with my numbers at 260.0. Today I'm down two pounds!  The scale said 258.0!!

Go me!!

Day 4

I didn't make it.  I thought I could until some last minute shopping took me to my favourite store.  One chocolate mousse cake later and i was hooked.  I did only have two small pieces but dang.  So good

I'm trading it off with the fact that I had salad for lunch and supper!

No exercise today :-(

Day 3

I've done it!  At least once!  I've overcome the McDonald's craving. 

Tonight I ran out to get some snacks for the teachers and I picked myself up a sandwich instead of a McDonald's meal. 

Go me!

Come on...baby steps right?

I'm proud.  Another win for me, at least today!

Day 2

No extra workouts but I was at school for 13 hours today doing a lot of walking and I do mean a lot!  It was our musical tonight and I did the parent council table. Then I had to run out for drinks and get back for intermission.  Its nuts!!  But it went OK.

I slept like crap.  Stupid rain storm.

Here's to tomorrow!

Day one done!

I didn't do anything too crazy but I did get in my exercise.  Totally not the way I should.  I walked to the park to get my kids.  Go figure!  Tomorrows plan is some sit ups I think.

Hello Again!

Well, hello there!  That's right.  I'm still here.  Heavier than ever but slowly working on it.

This morning, Mother's Day 2014, I weighted in at 260.0 lbs.  I'm not proud but I'm doing my best. 

I've got a stress fracture on my left foot which makes working out hard.  I've let it be a crutch for a while.  I've let that be the reason why I've not worked out at all.  Now I need to get my ass, and my whole body, moving!

Here's my plan.  Workout/exercise/MOVE for at least 20 minutes a day.  I'm working on eating healthier but for now just moving a bit more should help.  Even if it's just weights, or sit ups, or something "simple"

Can I do it?  We will see! 

I'm planning to use my blogger app on my phone more to check in. 

So... Here we go!!
